I weigh 145, 5’7, lean and have a rather large glutes. I eat anywhere from 160-200 g a day of protein.
0.8g per lb of bw is the minimum amount of protein required to gain muscle.
It’s about half your body weight/day. Make sure to eat fiber too or you won’t poop lol.
