Body already tea tbh. For glutes I’ve seen best results working them hard twice a week, and eating heavier on those days. A surplus of like 200-400 calories. You can do other leg day exercises within the week, but keep them lower intensity and lower weight.

Hip thrusts, good mornings, single leg leg press with working leg high on the plate, split squats, step ups, and abductors will be your friends.

Only my personal feeling, glutes are simultaneously worked on when doing squats so I guess you don’t need to specifically work on that (I may be wrong!

Glutes should stick out behind about as much as boobs stick out in the front according to Dr Rey. And he’s Brazilian.

Posing and angles and compressive clothing make glutes deceiving online. Plus it looks like you're just at a low body fat percentage!
