It’s 100x easier to go from morbidly obese to skinny fat than it is to go from skinny fat to fit. I’d say it took me about 4 months to not be considered fat, and about a year and a half to break out of that skinny fat phase. 🫩

I thought they meant losing that last bit of weight to go from skinny fat to fit looking. But both are hard for sure
