
& its been that way since i can remember, i have a very good and healthy diet, and the gym has helped me gain weight. maybe you should worry about the bodybuilders on here who literally admit to not eating enough and taking supplements to get thru their workouts. you dont know me and you dont know what’s good for me so keep the comments to yourself. i just started taking creatin literally yesterday which will also help me gain weight. idk what else to say, sorry i was born lean and workout 🤷♀️
it stores the water in your muscles which will help you gain weight in the long run, that’s why i started it. i’m not big on supplements or anything but creatin became popular and i did my research on it. i know what it does and i know it will take a while, like i said i literally just started it so ik ill have to wait to see the results, which i am willing to do
not listening to someone who doesn’t know me or my health, you’re not a doctor and you clearly don’t even know what i’m saying to you. my ribs naturally flare out because they are wide and idk i was born like that. i do my own research and workouts i don’t need help, im happy and healthy and thats the only thing that should concern you😽😽😽
