anyone have any good insomnia tips? it’s a rough month or so and i can’t seem to get my schedule dialed.

The brain pairs activities with locations and habits. Pair sleeping with an activity like starting a specific playlist, a specific drink, maybe a shower in the dark, so your brain knows it’s time to start making you feel sleepy

Don't sleep so you're really tired the next day. Sometimes if you're too hungry at bedtime you can't sleep. No napping. Workout harder to make you tired
