Starting out trying to shed pounds: anyone give me advice on where to start lifting or a routine I should get into? Had to go 100 percent gluten free as I was diagnosed with celiac and need to start lifting: i tried before but overwhelming.Thank you! I’ve been trying to eat a lot of healthier stuff. Doctor wants me to refrain from red meat for a bit too so it’s been a lot of chicken and fish. Nothing fried. Also, luckily I get free workouts here at uni, so I’ll be starting once a week. Is that too little? I only have time for now once a week.
