if u eat too much today like its okay cuz u can jus use it as tmws fuel . . sometimes I swear it better to eat more some days cuz I swear the following days the energy + fasting = unbeatable focus / energy 🤷‍♀️

Nah you right, for some people its better to calculate your calories both for the day and for the week so some days u can eat more and then fast. Cause like you said, some days you’re gonna be hungrier than others.
