Dude you’re not lying I’m so fucked on Tanning genetics I burn in like 20 minutes if exposure & I work in long sleeves all summer so I’m just fucked unless I hit a tanning bed

What about staying in under the shade of a tree for 15-20 minutes per day? You’ll also tan this way, but it’ll be much slower. I mean I can see you getting some color, so not all is lost. Just sounds like you have to go at it really carefully.

I’d advise against the tanning beds. Get some vitamin D if you’re gonna be tanning bro
