bro y do i always feel it in my quads when i do hip thrusts/kas?? it feels like i’m stretching the lower part of my thigh that attaches to my knee.. i’ve watched sm videos abt it, idk wtf i’m doing wrong

Are ur legs positioned in a 90 degree angle when u do them? If they are, then maybe try positioning them a little more than a 90 degree angle and see if that helps

Make sure you’re not pushing yourself up the backrest. I found that’s a mistake/cheat I make when trying to load too much weight, turns it into a leg press of sorts.

mess around with foot positioning, and make sure you’re lifting your hips slightly above horizontal at the top. best advice I got is act like you’re squeezing a coin between your cheeks at the top of the lift
