Had to lock in from Jan 2025 to Aug 2025 Can’t believe I let myself wallow for so long. 198-130😭😭 Next goal is toning and getting to a steady 125🗣️ I swear it’s like my hair got healthier tooI’m 5’4 so Ik my height and weight ratio definitely helped a lot🤺. I made sure to walk about 4 miles [tracking 10.k steps a day/ 1hr 30 walk]- I had (green or black) tea & fruit for breakfast! I started eating Whole Foods only (making sure my meals weren’t brown and beige😭) I got super into YouTube Pilates but I wasn’t consistent and did it like once a week. I amped up with a little daily routine after I lost my first 30 pounds
