Only take supplements if your diet is already on point! And with creatine make sure to drink plenty of water all day

I use a calorie tracker but should I increase it for creatine?? And this might sound dumb but is there a different one for men vs women?

No just creatine monohydrate, Thorne makes good supplements that you can generally count on to actually be what they advertise. And you shouldn’t need to adjust anything else.. just water
