no i’m just kidding. the most growth i’ve seen has been after trying ez-bar cable curls. it works them evenly, and if you take a step back from the machine, you retain a lot of tension on the eccentric. if i hit it right my arms start trembling

Great movement and I’m sure it played a part but I’d be willing to bet you were straight up eating more calories and more protein, whether it was intentional or not. Until you’re absolutely jacked the specific movements don’t matter to much as long as you train hard.

Sorry, I meant specifically for arms. Currently I’m doing preacher curls hammer curls and ezbar curls and drag curls with skull crushers, cable push downs and iso kickbacks for triceps and don’t look like that yet 😂

for bi’s, i’ll do an occasional preacher curl, but truthfully i prefer the ez-bar because i can simply turn my hands over after traditional curls to work my forearms with the same movement. for tri’s, i’ve also been doing either iso kickbacks or a pushdown, and an overhead ez-bar extension. i just started the overhead, and it’s a bitch lemme tell you

admittedly my bi's have grown quickest and i'm not sure why. genetics? i wish my chest would show the same development, i work it just as hard if not more so. anyway, if i had to guess, there's some redundancies in your plan. for instance, a preacher curl AND an ez-bar curl are the exact same thing. after a while, there's a point of diminishing return. try using the energy you'd normally expend on repeat exercises to go harder on more focused ones
