Similar thing happened to me, and I developed tendinitis. I wouldn’t overdo it with the weight, and make sure to rest and ice, and def go to a doctor if it continues

i don’t go heavy on them, i feel fine with other shoulder exercises, do you think i should just not do them for a little bit

Yeah maybe take a break and see it goes away. For me it just hurt in that motion too
