A woman with the same height weight age and activity level has a marginal difference in maintenance calories and that is only caused by a higher muscle mass on average. It’s like 200 calories less out of a 2500 calorie diet. Making excuses about how it’s so much harder for X group of people doesn’t do anything but make you feel less bad when you don’t stick to it. People who are 400 pounds can eat 3500 calories a day and still lose weight, should I be complaining about that?
