as a gurl sometimes I lock out of tracking my calories bc sometimes healthier foods w desirable benefits are more calories but don’t hit the spot (like nuts, sardines, carrots, etc) jus to give my hair & skin a boost then I go back to locking back in💅

also it gives my mind a breather and my metabolism a boost so it’s easier to lock back in and it keeps me reaching my goals sustainable 🙏
