Crazy bc I find gym folk can't cook AT ALL. They feed themselves like pit bulls and when they cook non-macro focused food, it's still poor presentation and missing the mark on basic things

Me bc I don't cook I just eat Hawaiian bros and Chick-Fil-A and protein shakes and OCCASIONALLY I'll make a quesadilla on the stove but no I didn't cook the chicken myself, it's premade from target
