If you have at least a week: 7. Botox 8. Creatine (helps you hold water in your muscles, making them look better) 9. Working out if you don’t already (you won’t build much muscle, but the pump doesn’t fully go away for a few days) 10. An aggressive cut, but carbing up hours before you meet
