Hey stranger. Its not going to be easy, some days you will have little motivation but motivation is not what keeps you going-its discipline. Stay disciplined and focused and in your own lane. You are already a step ahead by setting this goal and no matter what anyone tells you, you can do this! Have fun on your journey
It’s a daily challenge so I will say never be discouraged because you can do it. If you’re wanting to lose weight efficiently, attack your diet by cutting down carbs. The less carbs eaten, the less insulin being used in your body which means less insulin being stored in the fat in your body.
progress is slow. if you stay consistent in the gym, you will see some progress within a month. find workouts that you enjoy and want to do each day. this can be anything from lifting to the rowing machine to a sport. although i do recommend at least some lifting. also be sure to make your meals at home with heathy whole ingredients. you don’t need to worry too much about calorie intake as long as you stay active and eat healthy
Strive for improvement! What I mean is dont just take your physical appearance as a determinant of whether you are improving. Physical appearance changes slowly and will barely be noticeable in the first month or 2. Your numbers tho will not lie when you start your journey. Track the weight you are lifting and strive to improve on those. Good luck
