I honestly chew a piece of nicotine gum to stamp out my late night cravings when I'm already at my calorie limit when I'm cutting 💀 (It works so damn well. Every time)

And if it doesn't go away then that means 1) you're calories are too low 2) not enough protein in the previous meal 3) it's not hunger it's sugar craving
