How do y’all not eat at night. Tryna intermittent fast from 12-8 but FUCK man I just get that sweet tooth at night

honestly over time your body will adapt and you’ll get less hunger cues at night. you just have to deal with it for a bit.

Drink coffee or energy drinks in the morning and save your calories for the night. Try protein powder or zero sugar soda for the sweet tooth and try to learn how to find the best fruits they are soooo good. I would eat a watermelon that I pick over any bar of chocolate

i work closing shifts mainly so lowkey the last time i eat is like 4:30 but i’m not sure how helpful that is for u

unless you’re trying to find God, it is perfectly fine to consume any 0cal drink.
