Tips for a girly pop starting to go to the gym regularly? Right now I'm doing Monday arms/shoulders, Wednesday back/chest, Friday legs, then Tuesday/Thursday is cardio, everyday I do some abs. Wanting to lose some weight but keep muscle

it might be worth splitting ur leg into 2 days! i can send you my 5 day split if you’d like, i just recently started it! also you should be doing some amount of cardio every day :) abs every day is perfect! i also live on my college campus and getting in any amount of protein without a shit ton of carbs or fat is so hard 🥹

It's also hard since I live on campus so I'm eating dining hall food everyday
