All it takes is one good wake up at 5-6am and then you’ll be tired enough to start sleeping at a reasonable time. Then it’s a matter of consistency and not feeding into your phone at night

Get that phone away from your bed so you can’t grab it when you’re trying to fall asleep. Also helps to stop drinking caffeine at least 8 hours before you’re gonna go to sleep
