hell yeah man. you know what’s up, glad you know it’s a long haul. I kinda cheated and dirty bulked and it took me a year to loose that extra bf

nah that’s real asf tho, the tricky part is maintaining a healthy diet, trying not to eat fried or fatty foods and count calories so you can meet goals, i’m no expert but im on a journey fs😭
