FRRRRR I started taking creatine? It’s been nice to not feel as sore! I’m still scared of pre-workout but I’ll get there eventually haha

just be careful preworkout can be a lot at first cause it has stuff that makes u feel like super tingly so if u use it get one with lower caffeine :)

Thank youuu! It’s my second week I think? It’s only been that long but it’s nice to feel good in my skin. I don’t know how to describe it but I feel like more alert and overall good!

Right, I didn’t realize it was essentially just caffeine until I read the ingredients. I’ll check it out if it seems necessary but for now probably not.

I don’t use pre workout anymore, if it’s not something ur interested in you don’t have to. Helps extend ur sets a little, but not necessary IMO

Make sure to drink a shit ton of water with creatine! It makes you dehydrated faster and can lead to kidney problems
