Starting to track calories is realizing the amount of butter you ate just totaled to 600 calories. I feel very icky. But also trying to stay chill and use this as an awareness moment. And not get discouraged.

honestly cutting most dairy (milk is okay) will do you so well. itโ€™s much easier to eat healthier and it just adds unnecessary calories

Hey friend, please do not get discouraged! Honestly, if you wanted to eat that much butter theres a chance your body needed it. Fat is important for brain health, and 600 calories is not the end of the world at ALL! It could have been sugar or cake or something, empty calories. But butter is really not that bad for you. Enjoy your food ๐Ÿ˜„!
