maybe an unpopular opinion, but I think the food is fuel quote is a bit toxic. food is fuel and you need fuel to survive! I think it should be rephrase, though as food is fuel and pleasure. cultural food, comfort food all of that is fuel and pleasure

at first I like the food as fuel quote because it was for everybody and it wasn’t just about eating healthy. It was about eating in general but now the quote food is fuel is more towards eating 100% clean all the time.
