I’m so annoyed. Everyday I do cardio at the gym, so yesterday I was 150.1lbs and today I’m 150.5 lbs and for the past like 2 weeks I’ve been around 151-152 and back to the 150s. Like stop

Your caloric needs change if you’ve been losing/gaining a solid amount of weight, maybe it’s time to drop the intake by like 100-150 calories?

Make sure that u r tracking ur calories correctly. Dont forget the sauces, extra cheese etc
