Get a nice food scale and eat 200 grams of peanut butter with chocolate milk chaser between bites. Do this everyday with a minimum of 4000 calories and 100grams of protein and you will grow. The first week is tough with low results but then your metabolism wonโ€™t be able to keep up and you will like the results

Buy a food scale and a body weight scale. Donโ€™t start out with 4000 calories. You want to gain about .5-1.5lbs per week, so maybe start out with 3000 and increase if you are not gaining. Also for protein intake I usually just do a gram per lb of body weight and itโ€™s enough for me.

Okay I kinda want to lean bulk if that is even a thing. And Iโ€™ve heard that the one gram per lb for protein is the way to go

Just over the fall semester, but I put on weight and then lose it and then put it back on so it fluctuates a lot
