
Get a nice food scale and eat 200 grams of peanut butter with chocolate milk chaser between bites. Do this everyday with a minimum of 4000 calories and 100grams of protein and you will grow. The first week is tough with low results but then your metabolism wonโt be able to keep up and you will like the results
Buy a food scale and a body weight scale. Donโt start out with 4000 calories. You want to gain about .5-1.5lbs per week, so maybe start out with 3000 and increase if you are not gaining. Also for protein intake I usually just do a gram per lb of body weight and itโs enough for me.
