Is microdosing test worth it?

Not at all. Avg test levels for adult men are between 400 and 1200 ng/dl, and this range makes very little difference in how much muscle one can build naturally. You only see crazy results upwards of 2000 ng/dl. Adding 100 or 200 to your base test isn’t going to make hardly any difference

You're not the first to have this idea. Studies have shown that test only makes a meaningful difference in MPS above a certain threshold, greatly above what anyone produces naturally. so no.

But it would make a little difference and still be completely safe?

I don’t know about “completely safe”, you’d have less side effects than if you did a full cycle with a high dose, but there’s no amount of extra test that isn’t going to make your body produce less naturally

It might help but it’s just such a small difference there’s no point

Definitely wouldn’t be “completely” safe, still dealing with needles and injecting hormones into your body, and again, you probably wouldn’t even be able to notice a difference. Like #1 said, higher test levels only make a difference if they are WAY higher than natty test levels. This is just generally such a terrible idea. Medium risk for no reward. Either hop on or stay natty.

Also, respectfully man, the guys that usually ask these kinda questions aren’t very big and just looking for a shortcut. Just train hard, train smart, eat well, and sleep dude. You’ll make progress.

Introducing exogenous testosterone will suppress and lower your endogenous no matter the dose, and also wouldn’t it actually be worse since he wouldn’t even be at a testosterone replacement level, just basically giving himself low testosterone levels due to how little exogenous he’s introducing?

I didn’t even think of this lol. Yeah there’s a very real chance that micro dosing test ends up being a net reduction in total body test. This is even more stupid than I thought it was.

Lmao, all it’s gonna do is crush LH and FSH and have the opposite effect
