Anyone have tips on getting arms bigger? Mine r disproportionaly small n idk how to really make them bigger they stay smaller than the rest of me

You can bias growing them by working them at the beginning of your workouts when you are the most rested and can get the most intensity in your sets. Otherwise you just need to apply the same volume, intensity, and recovery for your arms as any other muscles

Inverted skull crushers are a great triceps exercise. They really thicken and widen the triceps which is 2/3 of upper arm mass.
