Not necessarily yes if you do high intensity cardio every day and under eat but if you do it 2-3 day a week it’s a great addition to weights and can help burn extra cals and make it easier to be in a deficit

Haha nope it goes up to level 30 I was half way to that or so but I didn’t hold onto anything so it makes it a fair bit harder
