I’ve been struggling for the past few years to properly cut weight. Recently my uncle passed away for diabetes and now I’m really looking to make a permanent cut in weight. Any tips and/or suggestions?

Ozempic is a thing, and it works. Besides that, it just takes determination. Staying consistent is hard. Having a good calorie counting app helps. Try to find foods that are easy to log, that you like.

^ what #1 said. Also getting into resistance training helps a lot since muscle will increase your metabolism and also your QOL.
