Recently I’ve had to start walking everywhere bc my car stopped working. It was fine at first, but now (about 2 months in) I feel like the walk gets harder every day. Why? I thought it would be the opposite. I figured you guys would know bc fitness stuff

Just dissociate. Listen to a podcast or music or call someone while walking. Don’t make the walk the star
