As a new person to the gym, I noticed that most times I go to the gym, I get hungry after, so what is a good post gym food/snack?

I usually go for peanut butter and banana on a chocolate rice cake and an energy drink haha, or toast and peanut butter, or a yogurt bowl with whatever toppings u wanna add to it. U could have some oatmeal or a protein shake, even a protein bar

That’s ok, you’ll learn more as time goes on (: for post workout meals/snacks u wanna make sure to eat protein and carbs, I’ve really liked eating burgers with sweet potato slices as a bun, it keeps me incredibly full for a lot longer, rice, chicken, and some kind of vegetable or fruit is a good choice, again a yogurt bowl would also be good
