I am able to build muscle but I still have a puffy chest and love handles what exercises do I have to do to get rid of them I been overweight for a while and just got down to a good weight for my self I am a male if that changes anything open to anything

U can’t spot reduce fat all u can do is a caloric deficit to lose fat overall. Building muscle won’t remove the fat covering them it’s all about what u eat
