I’ve lost 68lbs so far but despite being significantly smaller overall, I still have a big tummy like I have an apple body and I HATE it sm. What can I do if anything? I’m so embarrassed
See now that may be an issue, take it slow and don't lose too much weight

Cause you have a whole nother organ that's gonna poke out of your stomach, that's not like a general issue but when it comes to losing weight it may make it harder

I’m 230, 5’3 and round in the middle that’s where all my weight/fat is. I’d like to redistribute to glutes if I could. Also my diet is not the best I’ve been trying to stay between 1.3-1.7k cals a day

You can't redistribute fat that's not how bodies work, you just have to lose weight and build muscle in your legs
