Do some glute activation exercises with bands before the workout, it’s annoying but it significantly increased my glute gains

For reallll and I always end up feeling it in my top shelf not the bottom shelf whenever I do occasionally feel it in my glutes 😔

Haha a universal issue. It helped me to do just body weight or the lowest weight possible on a machine to get the sensation down of how my glutes should feel on each exercise. As others said, glute activation warmups are great. I do lying clamshells with bodyweight and hold for 3-5 seconds with 10ish reps.

yes and I guess my form with my other workouts were good I just didn’t feel the burn right away 😂
