I just realized I’m going home in 1.5 weeks from college and I will be eating traditional food that’s high in cals and there is no way to make it less cals. I lost 20lbs this semester. Gimme American meal ideas please

tbh just keep an eye on ur serving sizes, drink a lot of water, and chew ur food thoroughly. that’ll make u feel fuller, and anytime u can just substitute for a better option for you! remember no food is bad food in moderation so just try to stick to an 80/20 diet and you’ll be okay!

No like traditional meals are 700 cal base and then u have rice or bread with them which is like up to 400 cals more then chicken so its a lot of cals. I need American meals. I’m 4’ 11”, I eat 1200 cals a day

some of this isn’t american but: burger/taco salads, chicken and rice bowls, salmon and rice, pasta, fruit salad, loaded baked potatoes, stuffed bell peppers, roasted veggies, omelettes w veggies, etc

my ex used to make me toasted blueberry bagels w avacado, an egg, and ham that was rly good. Just run up some chicken or beef and rice as well.

If a meal is normally 800cal then just eat half of it and boom you only ate 400cal. It’s that simple.
