honestly i need to try that my main protein source other than meat is just an abomination of yogurt and mixing w a bunch of protein powder (it tastes horrible btw 😔🙏)

Dude protein yogurt bowls FUEL ME. Plain nonfat Greek yogurt + yummy protein powder + blueberries + Catalina Crunch. 10/10, I eat at least one every day. ~395cals/57g protein, and it actually tastes SUPER GOOD!!
