As a girl: YES you can accidentally get swole. You become delusionaly obsessed with getting stronger. Body dysmorphia makes you think you're smaller/weaker than you are. Then one day you look in the mirror and see that you've actually gotten SWOLE ASF.
You do have to really work at it- but it's like you get lost in the chase of the gains and you don't realize how big your arms/shoulders/back are getting 😭😂

I can relate but now I think I’m too big bc I overheard a guy at the gym saying something about too much muscle on a girl 😭

i think that it’s the large shoulders that are the most masculine feature to avoid. when a man grows his delts it seems like he’s Lk reborn even though it’s just his looks that changed

When guys say "too much muscle on a girl" this is what they're talking about, I can all but guarantee it's not you

Do you think it's just the huge triceps and forearms that turn guys off? Like take those away, leave everything else?

Well I went from not being able to do a single push-up 7 months ago, to yesterday I slammed my fridge shut and 3 shelves on the door snapped in half 😭

She's wearing a shirt in the picture so we can't know for sure but I think it's safe to say the woman in that random stock photo has more than just triceps and forearms

he doesn't have to live in your body. YOU decide the correct amount of muscle for you, not some stranger.

Imo the biggest turnoff of the female bodybuilder look is not muscle size but the ultra dry and ultra low fat look part.
