As a girl with a super short torso and WILDLY long limbs, my chest, core, and back muscles grow SO DAMN fast. But the muscles I actually WANT to grow (quads, glutes, shoulders, biceps) take 1000 eons to grow at all 😭 y'all short limb ppl are LUCKY.

I legit need to skip chest and back every few weeks bc they get way too bulky in comparison to everything else And I BARELY even hit them!! Meanwhile I absolutely decimate my legs, arms, and shoulders for the teeniest speck of progress every three months or so 😭
