I'm a girl, 5'7, 297lbs. I'm on week one of my weight loss journey. I've been doing an hour of treadmill everyday because I get no steps in during the day. I've been maintaining a healthy diet. Any tips/advice to lose weight?
I lost ~100 pounds, and the vast, vast majority of the progress was attributable to walking. You need to build momentum, psychologically, that is the key, and if you do what you’re doing religiously, you will.
