You can grow quads perfectly fine without front squats, all preference

well back squat i do more weight while more and it has assist from low back and glutes so that’s a plus for overall strength idk how it helps mobility / athleticism i’d rather just do shoulder mobility separately there are plenty of ways to get big quads such as low foot placement leg press or elevated heel back squats that have maximum knee flexion and therefore maximum quad gains.
