Guys I think I’m falling out of love from gym. Got a lil injury a while ago and some not big enough reasons so just some excuses to why I haven’t worked out properly this semester. I want to love it again. Aah
I took a month off a little while ago because I felt similarly. Lost like 15 lb but it came back in like 2-3 weeks since its weight I’d already had, and it helped me enjoy the gym more thoroughly, might recommend that
