How do some people naturally weigh 160-180 meanwhile I gotta bust my ass just to hover around 130 lbs.

Just eat more. I’m 5’8” and maintain around 175-180lbs. I used to be 150lbs but I ate 4-5 meals a day for a few months and got there. The real hard part is to stop eating that much after you gain the weight

How tall are you? Is your bone structure small? Don’t worry, better to be lean than fat.

I agree for 5’8 you should aim for 150+. I’m 5’11 I also have narrow bone structure. I suggest for you to eat more and more , until your stomach hurts a bit, so that your capacity to eat will increase in the long term. You don’t have to do it everyday, perhaps once every two days, in your lunch meal.

This is my honest advice, most people will tell you to just eat more. But here is how you actually do it, and yes it is a bit painful sometimes.
