hey i’m a guy (127.7lbs 5’9) and i’m trying to eat more to gain more and i’m kinda struggling. is there any cost-efficient meals that i could get/make to help me gain more weight?

for stuff that tastes good with it, olive oil costs less per calorie than milk (wegmans or bj’s) always extra virgin. here it’s $24 for 101 oz

Dawg get a tub of peanut butter and just eat a load of it with a spoon every night an hour or two before bed and especially after workout. gain a minimum 1 pound per week if ur lifting consistently. this strat brought me from 5’8” 130 to 155 in 2-3 months.

Drink ur protein bro. Make a 1000kcal protein shake after breakfast and chug that shit
