calorie deficit. obviously ab exercises to build the muscle but you have to have low enough body fat for them to be visible

Take all the body fat people with a grain of salt please. Actually training core comes first. You need to HIT WEIGHTED CORE, FREQUENTLY. AND train deep core at least once per week (deadbugs/weighted deadbugs, breathing exercises, etc) I do hanging leg raises every day too, but that's something you work up to (start with knee ups)

If you spam core like that. You will have abs even at a higher bf % AND, upon a lower bf % your entire abdominal area will look crazyyyyy

24% is already pretty low for a girl, with spamming weighted core you can acquire visible abs !!! At least one core exercise every workout! Those weighted crunch machines are optimal 👍

i think abs is typically below 15% take what i say with a grain of salt, but usually to get visual abs your bf% can start affecting your periods. i think ab lines is a bit higher and wont affect bodily function in anyway

I'm so serious: Spamming weighted core bypasses bf% laws. I still have visible abs at my fluffiest. When I'm at my absolute highest bf%, I'll still have a 4-pack Yeah, I have a solid 8-pack with the V and everything at lower % But I still have abs at higher %
