Gym and eating right has been paying off…220 ⬇️ 190. It’s been a journey. Just 30 more to go! I still find it hard to look myself in the mirror, but I’m noticing progress with feeling less conscious in my clothing. I want to learn how to cut. Advice?

If you’ve already been tracking your weight, input that into a TDEE calculator online. Subtract at most 400-500 cals from that number as the daily amount of calories you consume. The rest of the deficit can be increased by walking 7,000-12,000 steps per day, with an additional 30-45 mins of low intensity cardio done 3-5x a week depending on how fatigued it makes you. If you struggle with dieting, decrease the deficit you’re in but increase the steps you walk, however if you were to do both it

would serve as a buffer if you go off plan for a day or two. Eat whole foods so you’re able to consume more food in terms or volume while keeping calories within your budget. Structuring your meals can prevent unwanted binging/snacking. I would treat myself within my plan at the end of each day. I would also give myself grace as a couple days depending on how much you go off plan won’t hurt you significantly. I would sleep at the same time to prevent late night snacks, and drink water/diet coke/

and gum to help with cravings. Chewing your food slower and eating your meals in smaller bowls with smaller utensils can help with feeling fuller. Good luck and remember change happens over weeks/months, not days.
