on a cut but had to flex the calves :) what’s some good advice for leaning out before this summer? been doing 30 min a day of cardio but want some game changers as well. <3

Honestly game changer for me was making easy meal prep foods. i meal prepped ground chicken nachos

10,000 steps a day, get a fit bit and actually track the calories burned. A 30 min walk, depending on the pace doesn’t burn that many calories

yeah I’ve heard a lot of people have been trying that. I wonder if the weight comes back after they quit tho.
