I know this might sound odd/ maybe weird but my wrists aren’t that strong, it hurts to continue at times when bench pressing or doing other workouts that have a similar effect. What can I do for this to help move up in weight at a more normal pace?

also i’ve gotten infinitely better at powerlifting now that i climb too…even though i went from lifting 6 days a week to lifting 4 and climbing 2 - so if you have access to a climbing gym i highly recommend its a great full body workout
